The health care quality information in this report looks at care quality at different stages of a child’s life, from birth through the teenage years. The measures described in this report look at different aspects of health care, from a child’s well visits to follow-up care for chronic health conditions. This report also talks about ways that you can partner with doctors and their office staff to improve the quality of your child’s health care.
